This home therapy has changed my life. I've been using mine for over 3 weeks and it has helped me recover from over 15 years of back pain!! I wanted to leave a review for anyone who struggles with waking up in the middle of the night like me. The device uses red light and it's like a heating pad with so much more. I can feel the inflammation leaving my body when I use it. The best part is that the inflammation stays out of my back almost all day. I use the device for 20 minutes in the morning and I'm good all day. I've used mine nearly everyday for the last few weeks and I can finally sleep through the night! I wake up and feel so relieved that my pain is finally gone! I highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from inflammatory pain!!

The pain relief is powerful and instant! However, I haven't experienced much healing effect. I usually have the same amount of back pain as the day before. I will probably give an updated review in the future but here's my thoughts so far...

I've just recently received my purelight. I've been using mine everyday for past week and it seems to be working! It's very comfortable to use. The heat is relaxing and helped me fall asleep last night. When I use the wrap I can actually feel the inflammation leaving my body. The relief typically lasts 4-8 hours depending on how much heavy work I'm doing. I am a laborer for a manufacturing company in Texas and it's definitely hard work! I haven't experienced much healing effects yet. Perhaps I need to wait longer and that's why I will write an updated review in the future! So far so good!

The pad and switch work very well. I was using the pad daily on my arthritic knee, then I started using it every-other day. And then I didn't use it for 3 days, used it and waited 3-days again. On the second round of not using it for three days, I had knee pain and burning during the night. I was surprised, I had forgotten that I was having pain in the past during the night. Sometimes you can't really tell if something is working or not until you stop using it. We tend to forget sometimes that we used to have pain. The fact that I was pain-free for many nights until this second time of not using the pad for a while let me see the difference. That day I made sure I used the pad again and I had a pain-free night. My goal is now to use the pad daily.

I also used the pad, for the first time, on my other knee which has a little arthritis (the better knee). I felt no discomfort at all the next morning in the better knee. I usually have some discomfort and sometimes little a burning in that knee. I feel a little discomfort in the knee that has more arthritis, but I expect that as that knee is not a healthy. Still it is discomfort, not pain. I am going to look into purchasing a second pad so I can do both knees at the same time.

This red light wrap is amazing. I've only been using mine for 12 days as I write this. I've had sciatic nerve pain for a long time and I've tried everything. The wrap really works! I use it almost everyday in the morning and sometimes at night to help me fall asleep. I can feel the heat melt away my inflammation and pain in real time.
